The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rank Forge Collection Inc. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Rank Forge Collection is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation, subject to these Terms.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or has entered processing.
We may decline, modify, or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or product description error, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, inventory unavailability, shipping restrictions, or another legitimate business reason. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided with the order and will issue any applicable refund.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed with Rank Forge Collection, you represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase, subject to any obvious pricing or product description error.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where required. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, VAT, and other import charges as described in our Shipping Policy.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and to promptly update your account details as needed.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges properly incurred in connection with your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a shipment is delayed, appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us so we can assist where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

All content, trademarks, graphics, text, images, videos, product designs, logos, and other materials on the Services are owned by Rank Forge Collection Inc., Shopify, or their respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Rank Forge Collection reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools or features. These tools are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and subject to the applicable provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party tools beyond what is required by applicable law.

Rank Forge Collection operates its online store using Shopify. Shopify provides the technology platform that enables us to offer the Services, but your purchase transaction is between you and Rank Forge Collection.
Shopify is not the seller of Rank Forge Collection products and is not responsible for the products or the transaction between you and Rank Forge Collection, except as may otherwise be required by applicable law.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the Services. Shopify’s privacy practices are described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, condition, representation, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rank Forge Collection Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or products.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Rank Forge Collection for matters caused by Rank Forge Collection’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of applicable law.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Rank Forge Collection regarding your use of the Services and purchases made through the Services, subject to applicable law.
